My stats / saved games disappeared
WUZIQI stores data locally on your iPhone. If you uninstall and reinstall, data is lost. This is the trade-off of the "no account, no cloud sync" privacy design. iCloud sync is planned for a future release.
I bought "Remove Ads" — will it carry over to a new phone?
Yes. In-app purchase status is tied to your Apple ID. After installing on the new device, open the app's Settings screen and tap "Restore Purchases" to restore your purchases.
I'd like a refund
All in-app purchase refunds go through Apple, not WUZIQI. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. If you believe the issue was caused by a bug, please email us as well.
